Kitchen Parlour - 2

Facial Scrubs

 

Oats Scrub:

 

Ingerdients: 1 tbsp of oats, 1 tbspwhole milk, a drop of coconut oil{for normal, dry & pigmented skin} or rose oil { acne prone, red & inflammed skin}.
 
Method : Powder the Oats, add in milk.... let it sit for some time, once the oats are bloomed into the milk, add in a drop of the desired oil according to your skin type. Apply and then wash it off after 10 mins.
 
Benefits : This pack has mild scrubbing action & helps settle mild redness, rashes and inflammation also keeping the pores clean without leaching too much moisture.
 

Green Tea & Mud Pack:

Ingredients : Green Tea boiled & cooled (one bag makes six application ), 1/2 - 4 Tbsp of Multani Mitti, 1 drop of coconut oil added to the paste. [you can make & store it for a week .... apply it every night].
 
Method : Mix all the above ingredients to a fine paste, apply every night on a clean face..... let it set for at least 10 minsand wash off.
Benefits : Green Tea is an antioxidant for mature, dark & pigmented skin.
Tip : Once you scrub replenish the skin by applying the booster pack or just go in for the green tea pack. Do this twice a week just before sleeping.
 

Rose Booster Pack:

 
Ingredients : Dehydrated rose petals (dried in the sun for two afternoon), rose water & rose oil.
 
Method : Crush the dehydrated rose petals into a powder with a wooden spatula. Mix the rest of the ingredients & let it sit aside for a bit. Apply & then wash it off after 10 mins.
 
Benefits : No matter what skin type you have, your pores go through different phases of opening and closing the skin & becoming clear. This  pack is best to those who are prone to inflammation or blackheads, whiteheads or acne.
